The management of Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) would like to inform all prospective students who completed the secondary school in 2025 and wish to study in Year one in its colleges as government sponsored or self/private-sponsored in the Academic Year 2025-2026, that the online application will start from 29th September to 19 th October 2025 through the link below: https://mis.rp.ac.rw/applications/
In addition to Diploma and Advanced diploma qualification offered in its colleges, the management of Rwanda Polytechnic is pleased to inform the public that it has introduced academic programs which lead to Bachelor of Technology (BTech) qualification as indicated in the Annex 2.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Have a Senior 6 /Level 5 Certificate /results slip, or its equivalence provided by National
Examination and School Inspection Authority (NESA) for international candidates.
2. Have a copy of national ID or a valid passport for international applicants.
3. Have a valid email and password.
4. Payment of a non-refundable application fee of 5,000 RWF
Note:
• The selection and admission of applicants will be based on academic performance.
• Names on certificate/ results slip, or equivalence must match the Rwandan national identification
(ID) or passport for foreign applicants.
• All RP programs are offered on a full-time basis.
• Selected applicants will be admitted to the programs of their choices at any of the RP colleges.
• After successful application, a confirmation email for your application will be sent to your email address.
• The steps for application, programs and admission requirements are detailed in the attached annexes.
